How restroom trailer rental works in southwest Ohio
Event Restroom Rental is owned and operated by Kramer Corp LLC and based in Wilmington, Ohio 45177. We rent luxury restroom trailers for weddings, private parties, festivals, fairs, and public events across southwest Ohio—including the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus areas and nearby communities.
Booking. Share your event date, location, and which trailer you prefer through our contact page, or call or text 937-872-2030. We reply with a quote. A $300 deposit reserves the trailer for your event; the balance is due when we deliver. For 2027 weekend planning, starting rates are $999 for the 2-stall luxury restroom trailer and $1,199 for the 7-stall luxury trailer (4 stalls & 3 urinals). A generator add-on is $125 when you need one. Final pricing depends on your dates, location, and add-ons, plus applicable tax—ask us for your quote.
Delivery and setup. We bring the trailer to your venue, level it with stabilizer jacks, connect power and water as arranged, and check that toilets and sinks work before we leave. After your event, we pick the unit up. You focus on the guests; we handle the restroom logistics.
Power and water (in general terms). A level, firm spot and clear truck-and-trailer access matter more than perfect conditions. A standard hose hookup with basic water pressure is preferred when you have a water source on site; the trailers also have an onboard freshwater tank. For power, the units can connect to ordinary 110V / 20-amp service (connections vary by trailer). Some outlets and GFCIs cannot carry the load, so a generator may be needed—select the $125 generator add-on when you quote if you are unsure. What’s inside. Both available trailers are climate-controlled with flushing toilets, running water, private stalls, sinks, and stocked supplies—not a basic porta-potty. The compact 2-stall suits intimate weddings and smaller gatherings. The 7-stall (4 stalls & 3 urinals) adds capacity for larger crowds, festivals, and fairs, with sinks on both sides and a baby changing station. An ADA restroom trailer is coming soon — it is not available to rent yet.

Do I need to provide power and water?

What’s the difference between the 2-stall and the 7-stall?
The 2-stall has two private restroom rooms with sinks—suited to smaller and mid-sized gatherings. The 7-stall has 3 women’s stalls plus 1 men’s stall and 3 urinals, sinks on both sides, and a baby changing station—better when you need more capacity.
